General terms and conditions of sale



Article 1: This contract is intended for the exclusive use of booking stays in rooms in a private home.


Article 2 - Duration of stay: The client who signs this contract for a fixed term cannot, under any circumstances, claim any right to remain in the premises beyond the agreed period.
Article 3 - Conclusion of the contract: The reservation becomes effective as soon as the client has sent the total amount of the stay, with a minimum of one night's stay per reserved room, to the owner no later than 48 hours before the stay in question.
Article 4 - Payment of the balance: The balance must be paid 48 hours before arrival at the owner's residence. Any additional services and consumptions not mentioned in this contract will be paid to the owner at the end of the stay.
Article 5 - Tourist tax: The tourist tax is a local tax that the client must pay to the owner, who then transfers it to the public treasury. This tax is included in the room price.
Article 6 - Use of the premises: The client must respect the peaceful nature of the premises and use them in accordance with their intended purpose. The client agrees to leave the rooms in good condition.
Article 7 - Capacity: This contract is made for a specified number of persons. If the number of clients exceeds this number, the owner is entitled to refuse the additional clients. This refusal cannot be considered as a modification or breach of the contract by the owner, so that if clients more than the number refused leave, no refund can be envisaged.
Article 8 - Animals: This contract specifies that the client may not stay with a pet. In case of breach of this clause by the client, the owner can refuse the animals. This refusal cannot be considered as a modification or breach of the contract by the owner, so that if the client leaves, no refund can be envisaged.
Article 9 - Disputes: Any complaint regarding the condition of the premises must be brought to the owner's attention, either orally or in writing. This does not imply any judicial procedures that may be initiated.

Modification conditions



Article 1: The contract can be modified if the client wishes at no cost, within a period of 48 hours before the start of the stay. After this period, the reservation can no longer be modified and will therefore be due to the owner in its entirety.

Cancellation conditions



Article 1 - Cancellation by the Client:
Any cancellation must be notified to the owner.
a) Cancellation before the start of the stay:- If the cancellation occurs more than 21 days before the start of the stay, the deposit will be refunded to the client.- If the cancellation occurs between 21 days and 24 hours before the start of the stay, the deposit will be retained by the owner.- If the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the start of the stay, the deposit will be retained by the owner, who will also require payment of the balance of the stay's price.
b) If the client does not arrive before 7 PM on the scheduled day of the start of the stay, this contract becomes void, and the owner may re-book the rooms. The deposit will be retained by the owner, who reserves the right to claim the balance of the stay's price.
c) In case of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the initial stay remains fully payable to the owner.
Article 2 - Cancellation by the Owner:
When the owner cancels the stay before it begins, the client must be informed.The client will be refunded immediately for all amounts paid.
